My name is Jordan Taylor, and I am from Mansfield, LA, but have lived in Shreveport all of my adult life. I graduated from CE Byrd High school in 2015. I am married to an amazing woman who has given me two adorable children.
My love for plumbing started as a young man. I worked summers at Lane Mays Plumbing from 2010-2015. After graduating high school, I came to work at Lane Mays Plumbing full time as a helper. After years of training and completing an apprenticeship, I became a licensed plumber in April of 2019. I took over leadership and became the General Manager in early 2020. As General Manager I have been able to grow the business substantially. We have gone from running two trucks to five in recent years. I am proud to announce I passed the masters pluming test in 2024 and am now a Licensed Master Plumber. As General Manager I strive to provide excellent customer service and top-tired products. We at Lane Mays Plumbing want to be different. We want our service and expertise to shine. Anyone can sell plumbing, we want to sell our brand. We have been in business for over 15 years and are looking forward to the years to come. NANCY RENDON
Office Manager
My name is Nancy Rendon, and I have lived in the Shreveport/Bossier area most of my life. I graduated from Louisiana State University Shreveport in May 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing. Obtaining my degree while working full time with three small children under the age of three has been one of my greatest accomplishments. Staying incredibly busy continued as a single full time working mother and quintessential soccer mom for eighteen years. Spending those soccer years bonding with my boys will always be extremely special to me. I finally found my person, my love, my husband later in life, in 2012. We married in 2017, and I gained two beautiful daughters and another handsome son. I love traveling to our home in Mexico and spending time with family. As an empty-nester I also enjoy spending time with my soul puppy Schwarz and my grand-pup Luna.
My career in management started at an early age. I became a supervisor for a movie theater when I was eighteen years old. Three years later I started working for Blockbuster Video and was promoted to assistant manager in three months. I continued that path, becoming a store manager and then a district manager of nine stores. After many accolades from 100% audit to best in H/R for the company seven years in a row, and nineteen fun filled years, I closed the local stores in Feb 2011. I then stepped into the contracting world and worked for a general contractor for almost 2 years which led me to Lane Mays Plumbing in Dec 2012. When I started working for Lane Mays Plumbing, I set several personal goals I wanted to accomplish for the company that were achieved in the first few years. I was able to organize daily operations with regards to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, payroll, and human resources. Lane Mays Plumbing became more efficient and was able to analyze areas to improve. Those improvements came in the form of establishing credit with vendors, purchasing new work vehicles, stabilizing steady cash flow and name recognition. I enjoy working for Lane Mays Plumbing and I am excited to see what the future holds with our new division in construction. |

My name is Mason Pitts, and I was born and raised in Shreveport, LA. I graduated from Captain Shreve High school in 2019. I am engaged to a beautiful and caring woman who has given me two adorable children. We are excited about what the future holds.

My name is Conner Blanton and I am from north east Mississippi. I grew up in a small town close to Mississippi State University. Go Bulldogs! I graduated from New High School in 2005 and attended college at Mississippi State University for Women. I married the love of my life in 2010 and gained an amazing daughter too. In 2011 we decided to make the huge decision to move to Bossier City, Louisiana. Where my husband joined the oil field, and I began my career in multi-family housing. We have two boys who are my world. Being a boy mom definitely keeps me on my toes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
My professional career started here in Bossier in the apartment industry. I started as a leasing agent and worked my way to Property Manager in just a few years, which is a huge accomplishment in a very competitive market. Under my leadership I was able to lead great teams and properties to industry leading accomplishments. While serving as Property Manager for Stockwell Place Apartments in 2019, I won an award for “Newcomer of the Year” through Element Property Management. In 2020, I went out on a limb and left the property management industry. I was presented with the opportunity to become an operations supervisor for a construction company. Over the past couple years, the knowledge and training I have gained has been astonishing. I went to school and became a licensed Commercial and Residential General Contractor. I have also completed XACT ware training and hold an Xactimate Certification. Recently I was given the opportunity to join Lane Mays Plumbing, LLC. Together Lane Mays Plumbing and I have created a construction division to better service our clients. Lane Mays Plumbing is a local plumping company which has been doing business in the Shreveport/Bossier area for over 15 years.
